Your guitar deserves it.  Your music deserves it. You deserve it.

Copperpeace is a proud member of Seattle Made organization. With future growth, we will strive to collaborate with domestic urban & rural manufacturing initiatives.

CP products are entirely USA made, currently produced between California, the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest. We take pride in strong partnerships with talented artisans and independent purveyors who strengthen our local living economies, work in healthy environments, and care about the finished product.

Copperpeace is always seeking for ways to give back to our communities, especially through the arts. That's why we collaborate with the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, Seattle Made, Highschool Nation and Seattle Youth Employment Program among various other non-profits to support these initiatives.

CP Intro: Copperpeace was conceptualized in 2006 by founder & designer J.Lynn.

It was her final year of Film School, when she acquired a vintage banjo for which the first Copperpeace strap was designed and made.  From that one strap, J.Lynn received custom orders from fellow musicians while finishing Arts University in North Carolina.

"I always dreamed of becoming a creative entrepreneur.  Business, design and music are in my genes, so the Copperpeace concept made a lot of sense".

After moving West, and launching a career at NBC Universal in Los Angeles, J.Lynn revisited the Copperpeace concept.  Attending nightly rock shows, with a pulse on the indie music scene, she was in disbelief of the lack of cool guitar straps.  "All the musicians had great style and beautiful guitars with cheap nylon straps".

She had to do something...

Cut to: 2009 Copperpeace finally became an officially established leather goods company.  J.Lynn left her job in entertainment to pursue entrepreneurial passions, taking odd jobs to help pay for materials and apprenticing in various East LA leather shops.   The first retail orders were crafted in a tiny casita located behind the famous Roxy nightclub, just off the legendary Sunset Strip.
