What forms of payment do you accept on your store?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct checkout through PayPal. Our online store is very secure. We do not take phone orders.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.  Please notify us of damaged item or intent to return an item ASAP. Thank you! If strap is unused in original condition we offer a full refund. Occasionally we do have to assess a 10% restocking fee if it shows sign of any wear.

Do you use genuine leather?

Yes we use 100% genuine full grain leather on our products. Durability is very important to us.  Copperpeace straps stand the test of time.

Will this strap fit me? Is it long enough or short enough?

We recommend measuring your current strap and making sure the measurement falls within our specified adjustability range. For very tall musicians (6'+) who play their instrument low, we recommend our slider straps over the tail adjustment straps.

Do you make custom orders?

Right now we are not taking and custom commissions. We can do small letter initial embossing- this takes an extra 7-10 days.

How do I setup a Copperpeace wholesale account?

Right now Copperpeace is exclusively selling direct.
